Too Much Chocolate by Jake Stangel. TMC is an online magazine presenting emerging editorial, fine art, and commercial photographers. I especially like the Sunday Showcase featuring the work of a photographer. Then there’s the Rotating Gallery where the featured photographer from the previous week interviews a photographer for the upcoming week, and so on. Besides, TMC has etablished a film grant partnership with Kodak for emerging photographers. Despite being a relatively young blog, TMC has already become one of the most interesting online magazine for contemporary photography.
Burn is an online journal for emerging photographers by Magnum photographer David Alan Harvey. Burn – which celebrates its 1st anniversary – publishes photo essays or single images several times times per week. Burn received the Lucie Award as a the Photography Magazine of the Year 2009.
Verve Photo. The new breed of documentary photographers. Photographer and photo editor Geoffrey Hiller features photos and interviews. Several times per week, a single photo from a photographer is presented with some info about the image, and a few lines about the photographer.
Reuters Photographers blog. Stories behind the images in everyday’s newspapers.
Clients from Hell. A collection of anonymously contributed client horror stories from designers. You thought it couldn’t come worse??
